Brief Annotation: Chris Smith is running as a candidate for mayor in her town, she is running against  Bill Brown who when elected, wants to build a stadium where as, Chris wants to build a school. There are many process of working a campaign, first you have to greet and meet everyone, make an ad on television all while trying to fund for money for the campaign. As all of this is happening, Chris’ dog Elmer is explaining to another dog Sparky how voting works.
